Belinda has worked for small recruitment businesses and large FTSE 100 organisations. She has been responsible for the setting up of teams, developing business involving tendering for large PSAs and also recruiting for SME businesses.

Working in different types of recruitment businesses has given Belinda a good insight into what clients and candidates do and do not want from a recruiter.

After the birth of Belinda’s second child she has decided to start her own business using her experience to offer a more tailored and exclusive service.

The approach of Belinda Roberts Ltd is tailored around both candidates and clients requirements. Looking for a role or looking for a new member of staff is a process that is important to get right first time, therefore a full understanding of the requirement is highly important. Time will be spent with each client/candidate to get a full understanding; a bespoke service will then be offered and agreed with both parties.
